Will my Website be online as soon as I buy it?
Yes. You Website is accessible via a temporary domain name immediately, and in 1-2 days via your own domain name.
What if I change my mind, can I get my money back?
Yes. Our Guarantee is unconditional and no questions will be asked. We want you to be fully satisfied by our services. You may cancel your service within 30 days after purchase and get a full refund. If you used a "30 Days Free Trial" then your purchase is final and non-refundable.
Do you automatically renew my service?
Unless specifically cancelled, your service will be automatically renewed at the beginning of the next billing cycle. However, service can be cancelled at any time before the new billing cycle begins. Service refunds are not available under any circumstances for billing cycles that have already begun. For this reason, if you need to modify or cancel your service, we strongly recommend you do so several days before the renewal date. I don't have time to fill my Website with content. Can you help me?
Sure! During the first week we're working for you for FREE. Actually this is sufficient time to get the whole Website ready. If you want us to maintain your Website in the future, we'll be happy to do this. Usually updating a Website costs approximately $30 per hour and takes a couple of hours.
You offer the ready set of pages. What should I do if: 1. I want to have page 'Publications' instead of 'Articles'. 2. I don't need the page 'Services'. 3. I need 5 more pages with custom design.
It is easy! Just enter your Member Area and click on 'Rename/Hide Website Pages'. 1. Rename page 'Articles' to 'Publications'. 2. Mark the page 'Services' as 'invisible'. 3. Order 5 custom pages, and they will be added to your website for a low additional fee.
